Access & permissions
For patients

Let’s take a closer look.

Is patient use free?
Individual patient use is free. Treatment costs are set by the healthcare organisation in its quote.
Does Medquote make clinical decisions?
The treating doctor prepares or medically reviews and approves the plan. Medquote provides the platform for managing plans, quotes and communication.
Who can access the patient’s case?
The patient can approve an organisation’s access request. Within the organisation, visibility is managed through team roles and permissions.
Can communication continue after treatment?
Yes. Aftercare requests can be tagged and assigned. Doctors can reply internally or directly to the patient.
